The world's first 35mm SLR with a built-in autowinder (1980). It was very dependable and the remote shutter release was no longer the plunger type that mechanically depressed the shutter button. Now the camera could be tripped by using an electrical cable. This meant that the camera did not have to be opened up to attach the timing circuit. Though the top shutter speed of this camera is only 1/1000th second the built in motor drive and the external connections make this camera a good choice for putting into a rocket. This camera was flown in the Talon and looked out the side of the rocket on descent of the parachute. It also flew in Eagle's Eye, a 4" diameter rocket, looking out the side of the rocket. However, the lens being exposed limited its career.
